Social Entertainment Cooperative | GettDown is focused on providing entertainment, fitness, lifestyle, nightlife and hospitality social club services to the local community and its members. The company is founded on Six Core functions and five fundamental pillars (the Six 'n Five Model).
Six (6) Core Functions:

Own-and-Partnerships: Brand (subsidiary member) Companies are owned and governed by the cooperative (parent company). Each Brand company is represented on the Cooperative Council and plays a part in decision-making processes. The Cooperative can partner with external member companies via agreements or partnerships.

Focus on Social Engagement: Our primary goal and focus are to foster social interaction, creative community building, and entertainment. This includes organizing events, activities, and spaces for social gatherings.

Variety of Activities: The cooperative will offer a range of services and entertainment options, such as live performances, movie screenings, game nights, workshops, classes, programs, cultural and other events etc., catering to diverse interests and demographics.

Creative Community-Centric Approach: The cooperative aims to serve its local creative community by creating inclusive spaces and activities that encourage collaboration and socialization.

Sustainability and Accessibility: The cooperative emphasizes sustainability and accessibility, ensuring that activities are affordable and inclusive for all.

Profit Distribution: The cooperative profits are generated from the Subsidiary Brands Business Operations (SBBO) which is inclusive of events and activities. The profits made are reinvested into the cooperative and distributed among its shareholders.
